How much do you charge?
We provide flat rate labor rates for over 100 common household repairs. Because the quality of parts and materials can vary from property to property, they are not included in our flat prices.
Who does the work?
Many repairs are completed by in-house maintenance staff. For all other repairs, we utilize the relationships we've established with other handymen and contractors to complete your repairs quickly and professionally.
Will you do small jobs?
Although it's become cliche, we really do mean "no job is too small". However, we have a minimum trip charge. It will be most cost effective for you to group repairs together. In a pinch, though, we could change a single light bulb.
Do you offer remodeling services?
Depending on the size of the remodel, we can team up with DaVinci Homes to complete any size job. They are a reputable builder that provides high-quality workmanship and oversight.
When is payment due?
If you are new customer, payment will be required upon completion. Once you have established 3 months of payment history with us, we can set you up to receive bi-monthly invoices. Larger jobs may require a deposit to be paid upfront.
