Simply put, we pick up the phone, return calls, follow up quickly, and communicate in a warm and inviting manner. In addition, we pre-screen callers to avoid showing your property unqualified renters.
Appointments/Showing One of our professional Leasing Agents attends every appointment with the prospective tenants. We never give renters access to your property without a Leasing Agent present. The Leasing Agent will guide the prospective tenant through your property, pointing out positive features and answering questions.

Tenant Screening We prepare a set of minimum rental qualifications and policies specific to each owner's property and preferences. Every applicant is screened for credit history, criminal background, verification of employment, income, and rental history. If you plan to manage the property yourself, we'll provide you with all the screening information, so you can make an informed decision.
Move-In Paperwork Once you've approved an applicant, we'll coordinate with your new tenant to make sure they sign the lease (yours or ours), setup any necessary utilities, pay the required deposits and rent, and get them any keys they'll need. We'll even provide a blank Move-In Inspection form for your new tenant to fill out and return to you.
